POR02PG37-2 produces round tubers with yellow skin and small red eyes. The eyes are intermediate in depth and number well distributed. Tuber shape is uniform. Tubers are smaller than Yukon Gold averaging 2 to 3 oz. less and with a more even size distribution. POR02PG37-2 is more resistant to scab,
vascular and stem end discoloration, and hollow heart than
Yukon Gold. There are more tubers
per plant and the average yield exceeds that of
